The business of care: social science and the future of healthy ageing

The UK population is ageing, putting new demands on how we work. Businesses need strategies to retain ageing workers, as well as those who are also carers.

This workshop will explore how academics and businesses can innovate in order to maintain productivity, improve business performance and support employees in an ageing world.
