The NANA project recently won the 2013 ‘LLGA Cities Pilot the Future’ competition at a ceremony in San Francisco.

The competition sees cities from around the world present opportunities for innovations to help the lives of their citizens. Solution providers are evaluated by a panel and the most promising solutions are invited to a competition where the best solution is selected.

L’Hospitalet in Spain are looking to monitor the nutritional intake of 400 older adults in the city who are provided with a daily meal. The NANA team are now in negotiation with L’Hospitalet and are looking to run pilot trial of NANA in the city in 2014.
